Return & Refund Policy

1. What is free Replacement or Return Policy ?

Ans: We will provide free replacement if customer received damaged product or Wrong product delivered by Us. Customer does not have to pay any return charges, All return charges will bear by our company. For that customer have to contact us with in 24 hours of product delivery.

2. How does customer return the product ?

Ans: Return pick up facility will provide by us through our courier partners, You just simply have to request for return from our Contact Us Page.

3. Who Will Get Refund ?

Ans: If We are unable to provide you replacement because of any reason or Unable to deliver your parcel with any reason cusomter will get 100% refund in that case. Payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 to 6 working days. For example, the customer who makes the payment via Bank Account will get a refund on the same Bank Account they used to make payment while placing an order.

And the customer who order via COD they have to share their bank account details with us so we can directly refund their money in their bank account
