Refund Policy

If You Will receive Any defected Product or Wrong Product Delivered, We will replace you this Product Free of Cost, All return charges and new product delivery charges are also bear by our Company. If Product replacement is not possible by US We will refund you 100% Money.

You have to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of package. In the case of Product Return You have to return it in origional packaging condition, If you don’t have original packaging, Unfortunately we will not be able to return it. If you have any other issues reach us at contact@poloc.in.

We will refund you 100% Money if we are unable to deliver your order due to any reasons.

Payment Will be refunded to your account to your Origional Payment Method within 7 to 10 Working Days, For Example the customer who does the payment via Payu Payment Gateway we will refund their money in their origional payment method via Payu. And the customer who order via COD they have to share their account details with us so we can directly refund their money in their bank account.
